1. Name your Indiana LLC 

To form an LLC in Indiana, you need to follow specific name requirements set by state law. Your business name needs to be unique, meaning no other company has a similar name. 

Name Requirements

Before checking to see if the business name you’d like is available, to abide by Indiana LLC law, make sure the name of your company contains one of the following:
